Manly National Building

Manly National Building

Manly National Building is a Manly landmark. It was built by the National Mutual Life insurance company and was initially constructed as a hotel.

The building has now been converted into individually owned residential apartments and commercial premises.  It is a secure building with CCTV, security card access, and an on-site building manager during office hours.

Containing 160 residential units there is a blend of owner occupied, long term tenant and short term holiday rental.

There is one floor of professional offices, six floors of car parking run by Northern Beaches Council and mixed retail businesses on the ground level.

Only one block from the beach, and a short walk to the famous Manly ferry and the Corso, this is an ideal location to enjoy all that Manly has to offer.

There are always fun things happening in Manly and Manly Events - What's On or Hello Manly can give you an up to date view.

Getting there and away

Manly is approximately 25km from the Sydney airport.

Train from the airport and ferry from Circular Quay is a popular option.  Details are available from Airport Link.  You will need an Opal card and this can be purchased at the airport train station. If you need help once you arrive in Manly, just ask a friendly local for directions to the Manly National Building in Central Avenue.  When you arrive, go through the arcade, exit into Short St Plaza and the entrance to the residential foyer is through the glass doors.

An airport shuttle service is available and can be booked in advance from  Manly Express Shuttle Service.
