Apartments are available for holiday rental and are one or two bedroom split level apartments with balconies, or single level studio apartments without balconies. The eastern facing studios are all on one level and have ocean and beach views from the whole apartment.
The building has won awards for the architectural design allowing air flow through the one and two bedroom split level apartments. The eastern side balconies of the split level apartments enjoy great views of the beach and the western side windows have district views of Manly. The split level apartments have a separate bedroom.
Three elevators service the building.
The views are spectacular. This is the actual view from the roof top leisure and BBQ area that is available for use by all residents and guests.
Holiday apartments are individually owned and renovated in different styles. Owners may have their own websites and online booking capabilities. The apartments each have a catchy name like "Romantic Getaway". This will help guests search on Tripadvisor or Airnbnb for those apartment names to see reviews. Typically owners will include all linen and towels in the holiday rental.
